We’re currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee and deliver an efficient and effective maintenance service within our unit. This is a key role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of everyone in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Ensure the unit is well-decorated, safe, and comfortable, maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Manage, oversee, and undertake a variety of general maintenance tasks, prioritising patient-related jobs to ensure their comfort and safety.
• Identify, prioritise, and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring that repairs and replacements are completed promptly while maintaining compliance standards.
• Liaise with local contractors to ensure planned and preventative maintenance is completed efficiently, monitoring contracts and addressing variances as needed.
