The Associate Director of Quality provides expert quality improvement leadership across a defined geographical region. The post-holder will act a member of the Regional leadership team and work closely with the Managing Director to ensure high quality and safe services are delivered through both outstanding care and by embedding a culture of continuous quality improvement.

Job Advert Location Description

What we'd like from you:

  • Registered Health professional with at least five years post-registration experience 
  • Significant previous experience in a senior clinical leadership role, either in a hospital, residential or community-based setting 
  • Must have specialist knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: older people, learning disabilities, long-term conditions, physical disabilities, dementia / organic mental health conditions; Adult mental health; Secure MH/LD services; rehabilitation & recovery; acquired brain injury.
  • Must hold current NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions on practice 

Location:

  • Remote working environment; Travel across the UK, potentially to any of the organisations locations, Occasional overnight stays away from home, travelling on average 2 to 3 days per week.
