Job Advert Location Description

Beverley House is a 24-bedded rehabilitation hospital for women over the age of 18, situated in the heart of the community in Birmingham. 
Patients admitted to Beverley House may be informal or detained under the Mental Health Act with a primary diagnosis of mental illness and personality disorder with complex needs

 

Job Advert Role Description

Our Catering Team consists of Head Chef and Chef. As a cook you will be working as part of the team in preparing food, cooking lunch and dinner.  You will be serving food to our patients and staff. Ensuring operational standards comply  with the company’s catering policies, guidelines, and statutory regulations.  You will support the chef's in making sure the kitchen cleaning is to a high standard. 
You will support the chef's in ordering stock. Part of the role, you will be lone working and you will work weekends. 

About you
To be successful in this role you will have excellent organizational capabilities paired with effective communication skills.
Your enthusiasm transpires in the work that you do, and you understand the importance of delivering quality, nutritious meals to those in our care.
You have a passion for cooking and you want to learn about the people you provide meals for while bringing new ideas and improvements to the table.
