Job Advert Location Description

The Priory Bristol Offices are close the Bristol ring road with easy access to the city centre and the motorway network M32, M4 and M5.  The IT Department  consists of a Helpdesk Support Team (Applications, Technical and Telecoms), an Infrastructure team, Projects team, Development team and Training Team.

Job Overview

You will be working alongside our Salesforce Consultant and Implementation Team to support and improve our Salesforce Platform within our business

Duties include but are not limited to

  • Administration and support of our internal and community Salesforce users including roles,
  • profiles and permissions etc.
  • Must be able to prioritise work independently using relevant escalation channels where appropriate.
  • Manage tickets which are assigned or escalated from our Helpdesk
  • Participate on project work, such as developing new automation and business logic and join relevant project meetings when required.
  • Take an active role in developing and improving use and functionality of Salesforce Platform systems

What we would like from the role holder

  • Salesforce Admin Certification – (or working towards)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Relevant computing qualifications or relevant industry experience (Helpdesk, Computer Science, Business IT, etc.) – Desirable
  • Organised, excellent attention to detail and focused on getting things done.
  • Demonstrable experience working with the Microsoft suite of products, Excel is a must.
  • Desire to learn and bring innovation to existing use of the system

Job Advert Role Description

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or can evidence progress towards certification)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Relevant computing qualifications or relevant industry experience (Helpdesk, Computer Science, Business IT, etc.) – Desirable
  • Organised, excellent attention to detail and focused on getting things done.
  • Demonstrable experience working with the Microsoft suite of products, Excel is a must.
  • Experience with data analysis, dashboards and reports
  • Experience of working within a large organisation within an IT setting
  • Ideally working within a similar role supporting day to day use of Salesforce

Working Environment:

  • The role will predominantly be remote however applicant must live within commutable distance to Bristol offices for regular team meetings.
  • There may be some need to travel to sites or other central service departments.
  • Current full UK Driving Licence, covered for business use on own motor vehicle would be advantageous
