Job Advert Role Description

Priory Hospital Bristol is an elegant 18th century country residence set in beauiful parkland close to the centre of Bristol, less than 5 minutes away from the M32 leading directly onto the M4/M5 motorway.  Bristol is part of the Healthcare Division of Priory Group it has 76 beds over seven wards varying from Eating Disorders, Acute Mental Health, Adult Psychiatric Intensive Care, Acquired Brain Injury, Huntingdon’s and Dementia.

You will be working within a small team of secretaries.  Duties will include diary management, arranging multi-disciplinary meetings, updating Carenotes, handling and sending confidential information.  You will also be required to support a Visiting Consultant with their diary management, setting up initial and follow-up appointments, sending appointment confirmations and invoices.  There are a variety of different software packages to maintain and use to update information.  Archiving and dealing with data and archiving requests is also part of the role. 

This role is currently for 22.5 hours over 3 days with a view to increase to 30 hours over 4 days.
