Job Advert Role Description
Our Maintenance Assistant role involves responding to the needs of the services in respect of preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and building projects and repairs at Priory Hospital Solihull.
Your duties will involve:
- Maintaining and decorating the site
- Identifying and reporting any faults or damage to the Line Manager
- Liaising with local contractors for timely completion of planned work
- Follow work processes which comply with statutory regulations
- Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record is required, working in a maintenance or building role along with a good understanding of health and safety legislation and the ability to complete regulatory checks and paperwork.
