Job Advert Location Description

Millburn  is located in Cambuslang, south east of Glasgow. We provide residential support for people with Autism/Learning Disabilities/Mental Health Conditions. The service specialises in a positive outcomes approach to help our Service Users achieve their life goals.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for positive, energetic, compasionate and proactive individual to join our team as Activity Co-ordinator. Covering our Millburn service the ideal candidate must be able to coordinate activities and lead on this over the full service ensuring that we have daily activites over the week Mon-Fri and at times on the weekend. They also need to ensure that these are recorded and evidenced on our care plans and in the service so good IT and literacy skills are also needed. Ability in specific activites is also key and our residents love music and arts and crafts in particular. The Activity Co-ordinator should also be able to come up with new ideas and be able to orgniase and trial them. Based at Millburn in Cambuslang we need someone with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload, this is a great and fun role for the right person.
