Job Advert Location Description

Beverley House is a 24-bedded rehabilitation hospital for women over the age of 18, situated in the heart of the community in Birmingham.

Patients admitted to Beverley House may be informal or detained under the Mental Health Act with a primary diagnosis of mental illness and personality disorder with complex needs

Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking to recruit an all round Handy Person, working 22.5 hours per week. To carry out maintenance work at our Beverley House Hospital. You will be carrying out various maintenance duties and maintaining the general up keep of the building and garden, which includes plumbing, changing lights, basic carpentry, maintenance and gardening. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to do part time work as and when it is needed.

 

Key responsibilities & Requirements:

• Minor electrical work, general carpentry, door fixing, Painting, Floor tiling, Maintenance of the Building.
• Upkeep of the garden as and when needed.
• Flexible, Eager, and good contentious attitude to work.
