Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to provide 24/7 specialist residential support for 6 individuals with Learning disabilities, Mild to moderate challenging behaviour & Mental health.

Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Team Leader role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.

Previous experience as a Team Leader would be beneficial & must be willing to work towards a Diploma 3.

The role includes evenings, weekends and sleep-in duties.
