Priory is the leading independent provider of mental healthcare and adult social care in the UK.

The Healthcare Service Network Administrator will provide professional, comprehensive and effective secretarial and administrative support to the Healthcare Service Networks, building effective working relationships. This is a fixed term role initially until December 2024.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Service Network Administrator will provide a full secretarial and administrative service, having daily contact with a wide range of staff at all levels:
  • To provide consistent, comprehensive and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Network Clinical Directors, Clinical Network Manager and Professional Network Leads. This will include handling all aspects of emails and telephone enquiries;
  • To support a range of service network meetings – co-ordinate, organising, plan and facilitate relevant meetings, travelling to attend in person where and when required;
  • Preparing service network meeting agendas, reports, taking clear and prompt minutes and maintaining accurate action logs;
  • To manage the coordination of service network meetings and invites for both the network meetings and other sub groups as necessary;
  • Supporting Experts by Lived Experience (processing invoices, email communication etc.);
  • Support with organising and monitoring service network training;

Knowledge/Experience:

  • The post holder should be educated to GCSE or equivalent standard, with excellent typing skills and proficient in using the standard range of Office applications.
  • The post holder will require strong communication & relationship building skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The post holder should be a robust multi-tasker and use initiative where appropriate in a fast-pace environment.
  • The post holder should highly organised and efficient with the ability to work under pressure at times.
  • The post holder should be confident, flexible and professional in their approach.
  • The role holder will have demonstrable previous experience working as a proficient administrator within a commercial environment in a generalist or in a specialist role, ideally in the private healthcare sector.
