We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

We have a wonderful opportunity for a full time support worker to join our caring and supportive team delivering individualised care and support (including personal care), implementing person-centred care plans and undertaking a broad range of caring duties. Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential as training is provided.

Belmont Road is a 13  bed service providing specialist person-centred, care and support for adults with learning disabilities or other complex care needs. Support workers help our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. We are passionate about providing excellent care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, Retts syndrome Cerebal Palsy, epilepsy. and other complex care needs.

As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to be part of 1000s of stories of inspiring care and support for our residents.

Support workers are key workers, and provide direct support to our residents.
