With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Role Description

Fairhome is located in Wrexham city centre. We offer residential and nursing support for 23 males and females with mental health needs and a range of other conditions and support needs.

This is a Bank role to cover, sickness and Annual leave.

Duties include, leading a shift, medication control, risk assessment, care planning and the supervising and mentoring staff.
