Job Advert Role Description
To provide the highest standard of person centred support and care to the people who use our service, maintaining dignity and respect, enabling them to lead as independent lives as possible and realise their potential whilst ensuring own actions and behaviour comply with corporate policy and local procedures, statutory regulations and quality standards.
Egerton Road is located in Bexhill East sussex. We provide specialist neurorehabilitation for people with an acquired brain injury (ABI) and progressive neurological conditions (PNCs). As a support worker you will assist with providing person-centred support to service users to maximise their independence and return back to the community via a programme of slow-stream rehabilitation, this includes helping to improve daily living skills, access to activitys in the community, voluntary work and further education.
