Priory Hospital North London is a highly prestigious private hospital that provides excellent care for those who use our services.  The hospital provides both in-patient and out-patient adult mental health services and has a thriving psychological therapies service.

A vacancy has arisen in our therapies service for a Therapy Service Manager. The post is a strategic part of the Hospitals senior management team and reports to the Hospital Director.

The Priory Hospital North London therapies team offers evidence based psychological therapies to both adults and young people on an outpatient basis, to adults through in-patient services and also through our addictions programme.  

This post would suit candidates with an understanding of psychological therapies and a minimum of two years experience managing and delivering the following in a mental health setting:
 - Meeting financial and activity based targets
- Effective resource management
- Setting and managing budgets
- Recruitment and staff management
-Working with multi-disciplinary teams 
- A strengths based approach to supporting staff
- A supportive and collaborative approach when working with colleagues

The successful candidate will ideally have a professional healthcare qualification and have a demonstrable record of professional development
