Priory’s Learning and Organisational Development Team is a remote team of 30 whose main purpose is to support the business by providing high quality learning, development & training opportunities to our colleagues that equip them to provide the very best level of care and allow them to feel safe at work. Learning and Organisational Development also support Priory to create outstanding career development opportunities from Induction and throughout their career at Priory.

This role is a part time job share, 18.75 hours per week.

This is a remote role. The Team's Office based in Leicester (LE19 1SJ), for monthly L&OD team meetings. There may be occasions where you will be expected to travel to various services, with the L&OD Business Partner (Mandatory Coordination and Delivery), with our stakeholders representing the L&OD Function for any updates in relation to Safeguarding Training.

There may also be occasions where face to face Safeguarding training delivery is
required across our services.

The role holder must therefore have a current full UK driving licence, covered for business use on own motor vehicle.
