Job Advert Location Description

Priory Hospital Lincolnshire is a 28 bed forensic low secure hospital comprising of two 14 bed wards; Lancaster being the acute admissions ward and Scampton being the rehabilitation ward focusing on community reintegration. 

Job Advert Role Description

The service supports male patients detained under the Mental Health Act, experiencing mental illness and personality disorders.

Situated in peaceful surroundings in the Lincolnshire countryside, approximately 10 miles from the town of Gainsborough.

Reporting to the Hospital Director, we are looking for a full time administrative assistant to carry out the following duties:-

Plan and minute take CPA (Care Programme Approach) meetings
Plan ward rounds
Plan and minute take Professionals and Section 117 meetings
Minute take for MDT morning meetings, staff meetings and Health & Safety meetings
Provide support with reception cover as and when required
Provide support to the wider admin group as and when required
Provide general administrative tasks

The successful candidate should have previous experience within an administrative role including typing and audio typing (preferred). 

The hours of work are either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
