Job Advert Role Description

Are you a caring and creative person who is passionate about making a real difference to someone’s life?

As a Support Worker you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our service users. You will build good relationships with both service users and their families, supporting service users in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, experience is not essential, providing you have a willingness to learn and the compassion and patience needed to support.  This role will include housekeeping duties. Possibility of overtime on day/night shifts.

Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.

Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be beneficial, however it is not essential; all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn and the compassion to care for the people we support.
