Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of support workers at The Croft in Diss, part of Priory Adult Care.

The Croft is a small, friendly 8 bedded residential home supporting adults with Learning disabilities in their home and community in the centre of Diss.

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, self driven person to join our existing friendly staff team to  help make a difference supporting adults with learning disabilities in their home.

We have Day and Night shifts available at site- Get in touch with us at site to discuss hours and days in more detail! 

​Our ideal support worker will:

• Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
• Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
• Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more!
• Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challenge
