We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Finn Farm Lodge in Folkestone. 

Finn Farm Lodge provides leading person-centred support and facilities for 6 females and males adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS).We offer a bespoke, 24/7 residential service in a safe, stimulating and rewarding environment. Our aim is for each individual to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to develop as much independence as the syndrome permits​

We are looking for reliable, motivated, self-driven people to join our existing friendly staff teams to help make a real and lasting difference in supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex needs.
