You will also be working alongside another occupational therapist, an occupational therapy assistant and may be required to provide supervision to occupational therapy staff.

Although you will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, comprising of nurses, healthcare assistants, psychiatrists and a specialty doctor, a large part of the role will also involve autonomous working. You will be expected to apply your occupational therapy skills, complete thorough risk assessments and use evidence-practice to guide your therapeutic interventions.

Previous experience working in mental health is essential for this post.
