Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for Support Workers to join our team at Collinson Court. 

Shift patterns are 8am - 8pm for day shifts and 8pm - 8am for night shifts. This role is full time. 

All staff will receive training for administering medication to the residents at the service. 

Need to of held a UK driving licence for the last 3 years.

Collinson Court provides support for people who have autism and complex behaviours. We provide specialist training, including person-centred thinking, behaviour management, speech, signs and symbols/Makaton sign language and sensory awareness, to provide the best possible support for all individuals.

Previous experience with supporting individuals with autism and challenging behaviours would be an advantage and ability to show initiative and to be proactive within the role.
