Job Advert Role Description

We are looking to recruit Support Workers to join our growing team at Fair View Lodge in Newton Abbot. No experience necessary as full training will be given.

Fairview is a residential service that provides personalised, high quality, safe support for Three adults with complex needs including Autism, behaviours that challenge and learning disabilities.

We support individuals with activities such as:

• Swimming
• Pub visits and lunches out
• Personal shopping
• Visits to and with family
• Bowling trips
• Long walks
• Visits to the beach
• Clothes shopping
• Theatre trips
• Daily living skills (including some low-level personal care) and much more.

Having a full driving licence would be desirable to be able to drive the company vehicle.
