Job Advert Role Description

We are an 8 bedded service for adults with Autism and Learning disabilities,

Our service users' home is all about activities and maximising fun and entertainment, therefore a good sense of humour and the willingness to engage in activities ranging from bowling, swimming, pub trips, walks and shopping is a must!

The ethos of our service is very much focused around the needs of the service user and inspiring them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. The needs of these individuals is the driving force of our service, therefore like minded support staff is essential for this role.

We are looking for someone to join our experienced and established team who can change the lives of others for the best and empower them to be as independent and inclusive in the local community as possible.

You will be working with and supported by a long standing, friendly team, who will ensure you have the tools you need to support these individuals the best way for them.
