We are looking for a Multi-site Registered Manager in St Leonards on Sea! You will lead teams across our 3 services:

Bishops Corner (TN38 0LX) - 9 bed service supporting individuals who have Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) - 

The Wheelhouse (TN37 7HA) - 3 bed service supporting individuals with Autism and Communication needs.

Bishops Way (TN37 6JQ) - 3 bed service supporting individuals who have Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS).

Job Advert Location Description

As a Registered Manager you will be dedicated to undertaking the Leadership of supporting people to develop their skills and promote their independence. Your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives, along with supporting them on the pathway to independent living.

Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
