Priory North London are now seeking motivated and enthusiastic Health Care Assistants to join our team and work across our Private and Acute Wards.
We will consider applicants with little or no experience, however, do have a passion for delivering high quality patient care. Full training will be provided and an opportunity to work towards the nationally recognised Care Certificate.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate their skills and experiences in engaging with patients, effectively managing risk and promoting patient involvement in their care and treatment.
You will want to work in a therapeutic environment that supports the patients move towards a safe, more independent future and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. You must be able to work long shifts 07:45-20:15 and 19:45-08:15 on a roster that include nights and weekends.
You will work with the Multi Disciplinary Team in the assessment, planning and implementation of patient care and be expected to facilitate groups and recreational activities. This unique opportunity will allow the successful candidate to gain experience in a multitude of specialist areas working in Adult Acute, Addictions and specialist OCD fields, to expand your knowledge and skillset giving you an outstanding foundation in your career.
