Our strategic location ensures easy accessibility, with excellent connections to the M4 and M5 motorways. Moreover, we prioritise convenience by offering free on-site parking for both our staff and visitors.

As the Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our therapy team's success. Your responsibilities will include:

You’ll join a dedicated therapy team known for delivering the highest quality care in both 1:1 and group settings. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Psychotherapists. A typical day will involve a diverse mix of individual sessions, assessments, clinical support to the team, exploring new pathways, and being a member of the 7 Wellbeing Centre’s ‘clinical lead’ network, supported by our Therapy Director; for cross site working, clinical support and team work.

We provide comprehensive training on our systems and policies to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed in your role. Candidates must hold accreditation and have prior experience in outpatient mental health services. Ideally, you will be comfortable working with both Young People and Adults.
