Job Advert Role Description

The Priory Hospital Nottingham is a 14 bedded unit which provides inpatient treatment for NHS patients with acute mental health issues. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bank Chef to join our existing catering team.

We are looking for a Bank Chef to join our existing catering team, to cover in times of annual leave or absence. To prepare and serve meals to a high standard whilst closely adhering to any religious or dietary requirements for our patients.  Excellent customer service skills required as there is a high level of interaction with our service users on a daily basis.  To assist in the keeping of all records to meet statutory requirements.  Candidates must be NVQ Level 2 equivalent or qualified by experience in catering, together with a basic food handling certificate as a minimum.
