Job Advert Role Description

Westfield View is a small 3 bedded home supporting adults with learning disabilities in their home and community in Market Weighton.
 

The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in ensuring that our home is maintained in accordance with our Regulatory Bodies.  The role holder will show a willingness to manage the team to ensure high standards of care and service is achieved within the home to regulatory standards.  The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in managing resources to ensure sales and profits are maximised.

 

The post holder will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills when liaising with, external agencies and organisations, patients and relatives.

 

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate genuine commitment and enthusiasm for working with this client group.

 

The ideal candidate also needs excellent organisational capability, effective communication skills, flexibility and a strong “can do” attitude
