Job Advert Role Description

Priory Hospital Arnold, near Nottingham, provides acute and psychiatric intensive care services to those in need across Nottinghamshire. We work closely with referring Trusts to achieve minimum lengths of stay, and are able to provide an extension to NHS care pathways during times of fluctuating demand. The service offers a multidisciplinary team approach, working collaboratively to support patients through periods of crisis. The hospital comprises of 4 wards, 2 Acute wards and 2 PICU wards with a total of 52 inpatient beds.

The individual is responsible for reporting into the Maintenance Manager and for ensuring the Common Maintenance Standards are maintained of the service.

 

The Maintenance Technician will contribute to the delivery of effective, efficient and economical day-to-day maintenance, new and alteration works to ensure the safety of colleagues, service users and visitors and that they experience a pleasant and cared for environment.

 

Must have working knowledge and experience of  site planned maintenance experience, undertaking of maintenance related tasks, health and safety insight, proactive safety measures / risk management.
