We have an exciting opportunity within our Learning & Organisational Development Team, for a Safeguarding Regional Trainer - South West & Wales (Safeguarding Regional Learning Partner), to join the team.
The Learning and Development team aims to support and provide high quality learning, development & training opportunities to our colleagues to provide them with the tools to feel safe & provide the best level of care they can. The Regional Learning Partner role will work closely with the L&OD Function and various subject matter experts across the business.
Job Overview
The role is remote, covering the South West and Wales. Although delivery is mainly through virtual platforms, travel is likely to be required to sites and regional offices with prior notice and with occasional overnight stays.
Duties include by are not limited to
- We are looking to recruit a dynamic Regional Learning Partner who will be part of an exciting change in the way that we deliver many parts of our Core Training to our colleagues.
- You will be key in ensuring that our Safeguarding standards of training are met and exceeded, and that you manage the compliance within your region.
- As an exceptional Trainer, it is essential that you have experience of delivering high quality training in a high volume environment.
What we would like from the role holder
- Safeguarding knowledge, skills and experience of training is essential.
- Must have Driving Licence and access to car, and would prefer them to live within region to support sites
