The Learning and Development team aims to support and provide high quality learning, development & training opportunities to our colleagues to provide them with the tools to feel safe & provide the best level of care they can. The Trainer role will work closely with the L&D Function and various subject matter experts across the business
Location:
The role is remote, covering the North West, including Scotland (perhaps once a month). Travel is likely to be required to sites and regional offices with prior notice and with occasional overnight stays. The ideal applicant will reside in the area of Manchester.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic Regional Learning Partner who will be part of an exciting change in the way that we deliver many parts of our Core Training to our colleagues.
You will be key in ensuring that our First Aid standards of training are met and exceeded, and that you manage the compliance within your region for both e-learning and Face to Face training.
As an exceptional Trainer, it is essential that you have experience of delivering high quality training in a high volume environment.
First Aid knowledge, skills and experience of training is essential – along with a recognised training and assessing qualification at level 3 and above.
