Job Advert Location Description

We are looking for a positive, energetic, compassionate and proactive individual who lives within the Hastings area that can travel to Bexhill-on-sea (TN38) that could help support one of our residents for 21 hours per week. 

Job Advert Role Description

The ideal applicant will need to be flexible with the hours. No day will be the same and you will support our resident to make a difference by supporting him to take part in a range of activities, including shopping trips, eating out, going to the bookmakers and other fun day trips out.  You will also help in enabling them to be part of their community. You will also be supporting our Resident with daily tasks such as cleaning and cooking.

Our ideal support worker will:

• Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our service users achieve their everyday goals
