Located in Aztec West, the Bristol Priory Wellbeing Centre is easily accessible by car, bus, and train, making it a convenient location for both staff and clients.
The Bristol Priory Wellbeing Centre is seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and processing client referrals, processing billing, and providing welcoming and professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Management and processing of client referrals
Billing and invoicing
Scheduling appointments and managing the center's calendar
Greeting clients and providing general information
Answering and directing phone calls
Filing and maintaining client records
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Prior administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with scheduling software
