Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a motivated business professional to join our dynamic Service Management team. based in Gloucester (Close to M5, with easy access) – Salary £28,000 plus £4200 Car allowance

Ensuring our customer organisations receive the very best customer service when they work with us and when their employees use our services is of paramount importance.


As part of our Service Management Team, this is a key role managing our relationship and service delivery to our customer organisations. You will be travelling throughout the UK and meeting regularly with our customers to review service and assess their ongoing organisational needs.

 

This is a mobile role and you must be prepared to travel throughout the UK when visiting customer premises and our head office in Gloucester. The role is Hybrid and with some days in the office in Gloucester. For the right person remote working can be considered.


You will need:

 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Enthusiasm, initiative and drive to succeed
  • Ability to deliver presentations
  • Ability to work with and develop new business initiatives
  • Previous experience in a professional service management role would be ideal.
  • A business management qualification would be desirable
  • You will have knowledge of Human Resource issues and understand the benefits of counselling and wellbeing services within organisations combined with understanding of the commercial environment
  • It is essential that you are compassionate, calm, organised and efficient
  • You must be able to provide a responsive and supportive service to our customers in a fast paced environment  
  • Your own car and driving licence are also essential
