Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Night Support Workers at Penfold Lodge in Clacton-On-Sea, part of Priory Adult Care.

Penfold Lodge is a care home for up to 18 adults who have enduring mental health problems. We provide low secure, open, recovery focused rehabilitation and community housing to support patients' safe and positive reintegration into the community.

As a support worker you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too – our residents participate in day trips & much more!

The shifts are 2 one week and 3 shifts the following week on a two week rolling rota.
