Priory is the leading independent provider of mental healthcare and adult social care in the UK.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Quality, to join the team and support our growing business. Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer.

The Quality of the services that Priory provide is the overwhelming driving force behind all that we do, our operational and support services are all focussed on the aim of providing the highest standard of care and treatment.

To enable us to deliver on this objective our Chief Quality Officer has set out an ambitious Quality Strategy and to help him achieve this we are recruiting to a new Director of Quality post. This role will work across the whole organisation and will provide Quality leadership to all of our health and social care services. Working closely with the Regional Quality Teams, they will provide oversight and support around our assurance and improvement processes as well as taking organisational lead for an array of specific quality systems and priorities, including our work around Reducing Restrictive Practice

We are looking for someone who has experience at a senior level within a Quality role, with a demonstrable track record of embedding meaningful change to the benefit of those that we care for. We need someone who is able to work at scale across both health and social care sectors and has an excellent understanding of the regulatory environment and a clear view of what outstanding looks like and how to achieve this. We need someone with drive and commitment, who is able to create excellent working relationships both within and outside of the organisation.

This role is Remote/home based, and will be required to attend sites across the UK as well as regular meetings in company wide locations; Driving a car and using public transport required; Occasional staying away from home overnight during the week may be required where virtual meetings are not facilitated by external stakeholders.
