Make A Difference To Someone’s Life!

We are seeking to recruit Support Workers based at Julians House in Stevenage. Julian’s House supports up to 7 male adults who have autism and some challenging behaviours.

Our Support Workers provide a high standard of care and support to residents with with various levels of learning disabilities and behaviours that may challenge.

It is a challenging yet very rewarding role, and no shift will be the same.

The Job

To provide support with all aspects of personal care.
Tasks involved with daily living such as maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Support with cooking meals.
Participate and initiate activities in and outside of the home.
Provide support that will enable the service user to live as independently as possible.
Creative and caring approach to build excellent relationships with the residents and families.
