Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for Team Leaders to join our team at Kalmia & Mallow in Watton, Thetford!

Kalmia and Mallow specialises in supporting up to 13 adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. 

This is a full-time role and the ideal candidate will be fully flexible. 

As a Team Leader you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our residents. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both residents and their families and staff, you will be supporting residents in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible.

Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital. As a Team Leader you will also be required to lead a team on a day to basis and support with some managerial tasks. 

At least one year’s team leader / senior experience working with adults with learning disabilities / mental health / autism is essential. 

Our Team Leaders also recquire a minimum of NVQ / QCF level 3 in health and social care.
