We at Priory Adult Care are currently looking for enthusiastic Senior Care Assistant to join our facility situated in Swansea. St Mark's Court is a purpose-built home and has an excellent reputation within the community. The home provides nursing care for up to 40 older people.

The role of Senior Care Assistant will be both varied and rewarding. Your duties will include: carrying out medication administration, personal care, supervisions of support teams, supporting the Unit Manager with developing and implementing support plans and audits . There will also be involvement around staffing; coaching and mentoring of current staff, inducting and training of new starters and shift planning. You will also have to attend daily flash meetings, quality review meetings, resident wellbeing reviews and any other meetings that may be put in place.
