Job Advert Role Description

Priory Hospital East Midlands is comprised of:

Littlemore Ward - female psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU)

Barton Ward - an acute ward for females with a broad range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia and personality disorders

 

The service will be dedicated to providing innovative, high quality care, which will enable patient’s recovery and re-engagement with the community.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver an efficient and high quality front of house and reception service within a Priory unit to assist the well-being and development of patients, as well as relatives, suppliers, staff and any other visitors.
  • Support and use initiative to carry out out administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure the appropriate security passes are issued, as well as then directing the visitor to the appropriate areas or individuals within the unit.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the reception and waiting area environments to high standards, ensuring that any housekeeping or maintenance issues are reported to the appropriate teams.

 

Part time hours are available. Reception hours are 7am - 1pm and 1pm-8pm
