We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Learning Partner – First Aid (Midlands) (Fixed Term) to join the team and support our growing business. Reporting to the Team Leader, First Aid Regional Learning Team Leader, the Regional Learning Partner – First Aid (Midlands) (Fixed Term).

This role and purpose of a Regional Learning Partner is to support the Midlands on to achieving excellent standards – initially in Emergency First Aid at Work; and Basic/Immediate Life Support – and exceeding company required standards of compliance and operations.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What we would like Regional Learning Partner – First Aid:

• We are looking to recruit a dynamic Regional Learning Partner who will be part of an exciting change in the way that we deliver many parts of our Core Training to our colleagues.
• You will be key in ensuring that our First Aid standards of training are met and exceeded, and that you manage the compliance within your region for both e-learning and Face to Face training.
• As an exceptional Trainer, it is essential that you have experience of delivering high quality training in a high volume environment.
• First Aid knowledge, skills and experience of training is essential – along with a recognised training and assessing qualification at level 3 and above.
