We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Deputy Manager  to join our team at Maple House in Folkestone! 

Maple House is a residential home accommodating up to 7 residents living with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. Some of our residents have additional health concerns such as epilepsy and diabetes.

As a Deputy Manager you will support our team and the Home Manager to maintain and enhance our service provision. We are passionate about career development and are looking for candidates who are looking to achieve outstanding outcomes both personally and for the individuals we support. We will support achieving this through a blended role of supernumerary time and some shift management on the floor.
