Job Advert Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team at Cotswold Lodge!
You will need a Full UK Driving License for this role.
At Cotswold Lodge we support 8 adults with learning difficulties, some with autism and mental health diagnosis some with communication difficulties. All have a requirement for positive behaviour support.
As a support worker you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible.
Our ideal support worker will:
- Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
- Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
- Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more!
- Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challenge
