Llanarth Court are currently looking for experienced, senior healthcare workers to work within our female services.

As a Senior Healthcare Worker, you’ll be part of a large multi-disciplinary team to support our patients to receive optimal care. Our treatment aims at site are to promote independence and encourage patient involvement in their care through effective communication and engagement.

Some of the responsibilities expected of a Senior Healthcare Worker include

Facilitating low-level groups/ activities or to assist with facilitating higher level groups such as health education, smoking cessation, anti-bullying workshops.
To complete Induction Pathway workshops and actively engage in supporting junior staff through our ‘Buddy System’
To be a positive role model and display a positive approach to new initiatives

Amongst other delegated responsibilities.

The successful candidate must be honest, hardworking and reliable with a proven record of using initiative to support patient care and progress.

The shifts are 12 hours on a rota basis to include nights, weekends and bank holidays. Shift times would be:

Day Shift            = 07:30 > 19:45

Night Shift          = 19:30 > 07:45

Staff will work a set shift pattern, such as

Week 1 = Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2 = Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
