Job Advert Role Description
We are an 8 bedded service for adults with Autism and Learning disabilities,
Our residents' home is all about activities and maximising fun and entertainment, therefore a good sense of humour and the willingness to engage in activities ranging from bowling, swimming, pub trips, walks and shopping is a must!
The ethos of our service is very much focused around the needs of the resident and inspiring them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. The needs of these individuals is the driving force of our service, therefore like minded support staff is essential for this role.
We are looking to recruit a waking night support worker who is personable, committed and motivated to provide support and encouragement in all areas of the residents lives. You will be working alongside an established support team to deliver high standards of service to achieve planned goals.
Experience is preferred but not necessary, as training will be given. The role will involve working a rolling shift pattern of 3 night shifts a week (8pm-8am).
