Job Advert Role Description
We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our team in our supported living services in Weston-Super-Mare or Clevedon. Working in Supported Living offers an incredibly rewarding feeling to the Support Worker role and enables you to make a real difference to the people that we support.
Our service in Weston-Super-Mare is looking for people who want to develop a career within care, with career pathways available to all of our staff to work across various different parts of adult social care and experience supporting a variety of different residents, each with their own individual needs and care plans
Our ideal support worker will:
- Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
- Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
- Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more!
