Job Advert Location Description

Notts Hill House is situated in a quiet residential area of Torquay, close to local shops and amenities and within easy reach of the coast.  We provide leading person-centred neuro-rehabilitation programmes that are bespoke to the severity and complexity of a person's particular neuro-disability. This includes Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or neuro-degenerative conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease, or Multiple Sclerosis.

Job Advert Role Description

We are currently recruiting for a bank cook to provide a high quality service to our residents through the creation, presentation and delivery of meals. The successful candidate will plan, prepare and cook meals that are well balanced nutritionally and take into account residents likes, health needs and allergies.

Shifts will be available to cover annual leave and sickness. The shift hours are 8am - 2pm on the days required.

We would ideally require:

• Basic qualification in food hygiene
• Level 2 diploma in food hygiene or qualified by previous experience in catering
• Commitment to delivering a high quality service
• Excellent organisational capability
• Effective communication skills
• Enthusiasm and energy
• The experience of budgeting would be desirable.
