Job Advert Role Description

Mill Garth Hospital is a 21-bed high dependency recovery and rehabilitation hospital, located in Meanwood, Leeds.   We provide active and positive engagement for males aged 18 years and over, who experience a range of mental health disorders.

As a Bank Chef your primary duties will be to:

• Ensure that you assist with the provision of a catering service at Mill Garth with particular emphasis on the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Ensure all activities and operations comply with operational standards and statutory regulations.
• Ensure that operational standards comply with the company’s Food Safety policies and guidelines and statutory regulations.
• Research, develop and create varied and interesting menus, which take account of healthy eating guidelines and any dietary requirements of the particular resident group
