The Priory Hospital Hayes Grove is a private 46-bed acute psychiatric hospital for adults, located on the edge of London in Hayes, Kent. The hospital provides care and treatment for patients with a wide range of Mental Health issues both as inpatients and day patients. Hayes Grove specialises in providing care for patients with Acute mental health conditions, addiction issues - both drug and alcohol, and also has specialist Eating Disorders services. The hospital is situated close to excellent transport links to central London, Croydon and Bromley areas and parking is available locally.

To complement the range of services available at The Priory Hayes Grove, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Adult General Consultant Psychiatrist.

 

We are looking to appoint a part time Psychiatrist in general Adults to provide clinical leadership for our  adult acute mental health ward,  which is a 9 bedded unit, with bed flow management and admissions  through NHS care pathway. 

 

The successful Consultant will be responsible for the 9 bed ward and will have the support of a 1.0 Speciality Doctor.

 

There will be an opportunity for the Consultant in addition to this role to venture into/continue their own private practice or work collaboratively and flexibly with an experienced consultant to achieve this.
