Hazelwood House is a 12 bedded low secure unit for adults with Mental Health & Learning Disabilities. Hazelwood House also has a one bedded bespoke apartment

Are you patient focused and want to make a difference to the lives of patients & their families?
We are looking for a SHCW with
• A Willingness to be flexible & go above and beyond
• Support junior staff where needed and lead by example
As patient lead you will be expected to understand the process of creating easy read documentation.
The interview will last for 3 hours during this time you will need to complete a given task using a computer.
